All submissions to ICANAS undergo serious preliminary examination. A single-sided blindness system is applied throughout the process. The authors cannot access the information of the referees who evaluated their submissions. The referee review procedure applied is as follows: In order to prioritize scientific values ??and ethical issues, the submissions are first reviewed by the secretary committee members in terms of their English presentation. The submissions submitted to ICANAS are checked for plagiarism by the technical committee. Review processes are initiated for submissions that are suitable in terms of similarity rate. If deemed appropriate by the conference chairman, the submission is assigned to scientific committee members to review the article. After the final referee reports are received, the chairman of the conference makes the first decision about the submission in the form of "accept", "revision" or "reject". After receiving a revision with answers and explanations to the referee's comments, the chairman of the conference makes the final decision about the submission in consultation with the referees. In order to make the review process accurate and systematic, a review report form (template) has been prepared. While reviewing the submission, the referee should decide by focusing on both the scientific aspect of the submission and the quality of the presentation. ICANAS guarantees the highest standards of publishing ethics. The review process is conducted in strict confidentiality. For whatever reason, referees should not use or benefit from any information before the article is published. We believe that the correct execution of the writing process adds an important service to both the authors and the scientific community.
