REMARKS:

Registration fee includes accommodation in 28-31 October 2025.
In standard room, staying with two adults; first child is free of charge for 0-11.99 age, second child is free of charge for 0-1.99 age, second child has 50% discount for 2-8.99 age.
Additional accommodation will be charged with standard room prices.
One author can submit two presentations in the conference by one registration fee. Authors must pay an extra fee (25 Euro) if they wish to present more than two presentations.
Full text of presentations will be published after peer-review process with ISBN number.
Authors must pay an extra fee (25 Euro) if they wish to submit second extended abstract for publishing at Proceedings Book.
In case of cancellations before 30 September 2025, half of the registration fee will be refunded.
For received cancellations on or after 15 October 2025, payment will not be refunded.
All refunds will be made after the conference.
